As a Professor of Medicine at Boston University Medical Center and Tufts School of Veterinary Medicine founder Judith Gwathmey saw that there was a distinct lack of continuity between chemists and biologists in the way new drugs were researched and tested in preparation for FDA approval. She set out to put together a company that would "bridge the gap" between chemistry and biology and achieve unprecedented results for companies seeking approval for their drugs.
